Jaroslav Dolný is a partner at Origon Recovery Solutions. He has extensive experience handling insolvencies and restructuring and is a special insolvency practitioner registered in the special insolvency practitioners’ section of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.

He also serves currently as an assistant professor at the Department of Commercial and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice and is an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court established at the Slovak Chamber of Trade.

• A number of manufacturing companies in the position of a debtor – acting as a trustee and drafting the restructuring report used to authorise the debtor’s restructuring; individual setting of the restructuring plan; acting as an appointed trustee in restructuring proceedings and as a supervisory trustee after the restructuring was completed. As a major role was played by sales and the price of inputs, work included negotiations with large creditors on debtor support and especially on a balanced agreement between creditors and the debtor.

• In administration of shares – as the authorised person at the Office for the Administration of Seized Assets, which administers the seized shares of persons concerned, where the administrator must act in a way that avoids any impairment or reduction of seized assets.
