Andrej has extensive experience in structured finance, particularly in real estate, which he gained while working at a bank and as an investment manager in a private equity fund. He is currently a partner at Welltis, a consulting company that focuses primarily on setting up the most efficient financial structure for real estate and green energy projects (debt financing, mezzanine financing, equity financing and their most efficient combination).
