Miroslav Mulica is an external associate at Origon Recovery Solutions who provides support in corporate finance and company valuation.

He is the managing partner of Axelero Capital Advisors, an independent mergers and acquisitions advisory firm with operations mainly in Slovakia and Central Europe. Axelero Capital Advisors focuses mainly on transaction advisory services, business plan development and company valuations in a wide range of industries.

Prior to his current position, Miroslav was a member of the M&A advisory team of KPMG’s international network in Slovakia for almost a decade, where his main focus was advising both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions in a wide range of sectors, in particular in advanced manufacturing, energy, information technology, transportation and real estate. He also served as the Head of Business Valuation and Financial Modelling for KPMG in Slovakia.
