Stanislav Praskai focuses mainly on insolvency law and advises debtors and creditors.

As part of our team of experts, Stanislav has been involved in successfully guiding a number of entities through the process of judicial restructuring. He has participated in the administration of numerous insolvencies at all stages of the insolvency process and has extensive experience representing clients in litigations related to insolvencies and restructuring.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE

Services provided:

• To a manufacturer of steel structures used in mining, oil extraction and processing industries
• In proceedings where bankruptcy was declared based on the imposition of a forfeiture penalty, which is a very specific insolvency proceeding
• In litigations caused by insolvencies or restructuring, i.e., in disputes to rule on the nullity of a legal act, to determine the authenticity of a denied claim, to exclude assets from the inventory of assets; and on the provision of legal services in insolvency law
